Money S3 now with an API connector

We are expanding the family of supported accounting systems: Symfio now offers a direct API connector for Money S3.

What’s changing

Until now, Money S3 could be connected to Symfio through manual exports. With the new connector, the accounting journal and the lists of accounts, cost centres and projects flow automatically, every day directly into the Symfio consolidation environment, with no manual intervention and no Excel in between.

What it means in practice

  • Consolidation on real data – month-end reports and management statements are based on accounting that is current as of yesterday, not as of the last export.
  • Multi-entity groups – if your group has several companies on Money S3 (possibly combined with Pohoda, ABRA Flexi, Helios or other ERPs), all entities connect the same way.
  • Fewer errors – no more handling CSV files and no risk that someone forgets to update the data before the month-end close.

Who it is relevant for

For groups of companies where at least one entity keeps its books in Money S3 and you want to see consolidated finances, cash flow and plan vs. actuals in one environment, typically 3 or more companies, often with a mix of accounting systems across the group.

How to get started

Just contact your Symfio account manager or reach us at symfio.app – the Money S3 connection is one of our standard onboarding connectors and we handle it as part of a regular implementation.
