Once you’ve filled in the form, we’ll contact you and agree a time, online or in person. We’ll go through your situation and the challenges you’re facing, and show you Symfio on live data.
Integration and onboarding
We connect your accounting data to Symfio. We read directly from more than 20 accounting and ERP systems, including Pohoda, ABRA, Money and Helios. The technical connection usually takes anywhere from tens of minutes to a few hours. Then we set up the methodology so the numbers match how you run the business.
Regular work together from the first month
Every month after the close we go through the numbers with you, what they mean for your strategy, and what is and isn’t working. You get answers to your questions, all backed by current data from the platform.

What clients ask most often
What is an external CFO, and how does it differ from having one in-house?
An external CFO works for your company part-time, so you pay only for the work actually done, with no payroll taxes, benefits or office to provide. A CFO from Symfio also works directly with the platform that processes your accounting data automatically, so they always have a current picture of the company.
Which companies is the service best suited to?
We most often work with companies of 10 to 100 employees, or with turnover between CZK 10m and CZK 100m: e-commerce, SaaS startups, manufacturers, agencies and groups. What matters is the will to run the company on its numbers. If nobody inside the company can take that on, we'll help you find that person or cover the role for a while.
Do we have to move our bookkeeping to Symfio?
No. A CFO from Symfio works with your existing accountant or accounting firm. We connect the data from their software to the platform and your accountant carries on exactly as before. Symfio only reads from the accounting and never writes into it.
How quickly can we start?
After the first meeting and the contract, we connect your data and run the onboarding. Regular work together starts from the first month after the integration is finished. If it's urgent, we can start sooner.
What exactly do we get in the monthly meeting?
We go through the results for the past month: revenue, costs, cash flow and variances against the plan. We name what is and isn't working and why, and propose concrete steps. You also get time for any finance question on your mind.
