Symfio + Excel: Your spreadsheets finally work for you, not the other way around

Excel is the most widespread financial tool in the world and, at the same time, the biggest time sink for finance teams. Almost every company keeps plans, budgets, records and data from systems without any interface in it. The trouble starts the moment spreadsheets are supposed to become reporting: files get copied, versions multiply, formulas break and nobody is sure which numbers are valid. Symfio does not take Excel away from you. You keep it where it makes sense, for preparing plans and supplementary data, and Symfio takes care of the rest. You then just fill in and upload; Symfio checks the format and processes the data into overviews. The source files stay with you; the system only takes their content.

The technical part of implementation usually takes tens of minutes. The managerial part takes longer: setting up the reporting structure, categorization and plans.
